    You get here one of two ways. A peer puts your name forward, or we reach out. There is no fee, ever.

  2. The conversation

    A one-hour podcast about your journey, your learnings, the challenges you faced, and what made you who you are, recorded for the lawyers coming up behind you.

  3. Jury review

    A jury of retired General Counsels and Chief Legal Officers reviews every conversation before it runs. Peers decide who makes the list, never sponsors.

  4. Your approval

To the leaders on this page, and the ones reading it,

I started my career as an engineer. I worked on the patents behind the Motorola Razr, and somewhere between the machines and the law, I became obsessed with a different question: how do great leaders actually think?

When I started sitting down with General Counsels, I noticed something nobody talks about. The best legal minds of our generation carry decades of hard-won judgment, and almost none of it is written down. There is no lecture, no book, no course. When they retire, it simply disappears.

That felt wrong to me. So this podcast has one job: to get that wisdom on the record, honestly, while we still can, and to hand it to the young lawyer who is sitting where you once sat, wondering if they will ever figure it out.

Every leader I have interviewed says a version of the same thing: somebody once took a chance on me. This is your chance to be that somebody, at scale, for a generation you will never meet.

The conversation takes under an hour. What you say in it will outlast both of us.
